How to return an item
Every object that leaves us is made to stay. But we understand that sometimes it doesn't find its place.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery. That's the window — and we mean it to be used if you need it.
01 — Write to us at oops@essey.com Include your order number and a short reason. We'll reply within one business day.
02 — Repack in the original packaging Unused, unassembled, in the same condition it arrived. The original box matters — it's part of the object.
03 — Ship back to our warehouse Choose a tracked service via PPL, DPD, or GLS and send the parcel to:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Keep the receipt.
Shipping costs
If you've changed your mind — return shipping is yours to arrange and cover.
If something arrived wrong or faulty — we cover the return in full. Send us the receipt and we'll reimburse you.
Your refund
Once the item is back and inspected, here's what happens.
Consumer (B2C) — Full refund by bank transfer to your account. Within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping costs are not included.
Business (B2B) — Store credit issued to your account. Valid for future orders with Essey. Issued after inspection is complete.
What cannot come back
Some things, by their nature, cannot be returned. Made for one person. Made once.
— Made-to-order and custom colour items — produced specifically for you — Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery — Items returned without their original packaging — Items returned after the 14-day window has passed — Purchases made in a showroom or through a third-party retailer — please contact them directly

This policy applies to online orders placed at essey.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Essey reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above.
