Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout — just enter your delivery address and you'll see the exact cost before you confirm your order. No surprises.
For larger orders or multiple pieces, get in touch. We'll work out a better rate together.

Ordering more than a few pieces? We can often arrange better shipping conditions. Reach out before you order and we'll find the most efficient solution for you.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. Once your order leaves us, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
For made-to-order items, allow additional production time — this will be indicated at the time of purchase.
Where we ship
We ship across Europe and internationally. Shipping to certain remote areas may be limited or subject to additional fees — if you're unsure, write to us.
International orders
Some objects travel far to find their place.
For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties or import fees on arrival — set by your country's authorities and the responsibility of the recipient.
Where Essey has an authorised distributor in your country, we may fulfil your order through them for a simpler process or lower shipping costs. You'll be notified before anything moves, and the same quality, pricing, and warranty apply. If you'd prefer a direct shipment, write to love@essey.com before ordering.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with tracking details. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder — or write to us at love@essey.com.
Delivery times are estimates. In exceptional cases, customs inspection may cause a delay of up to four weeks. Essey is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
