We make things to last. The warranty is our way of standing behind that.
24 months
Every Essey product is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. If something fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.
What is covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship — things that should not happen to a well-made object.
If a fault falls under warranty, we'll arrange for the necessary repair or replacement of the affected part or product.
What is not covered
Some things fall outside the warranty. Honest wear over time is expected — it's part of an object's life.
— Normal wear and tear — Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents — Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions — Fading or surface changes from prolonged exposure to sunlight — Modifications made to the product after purchase
How to make a claim
If you believe your product has a defect, write to us. Tell us what happened, include your proof of purchase, and send a few photos if you can. We'll take it from there.

Keep your order confirmation. It's the simplest way to verify your warranty — and we'll ask for it if you get in touch.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. It applies to products purchased directly from essey.com or through an authorised Essey retailer.
